Individual yoga classes can include:

  • Traditional yoga including Ashtanga vinyasa, vinyasa krama, and yin yoga.

  • Psychology-enhanced yoga including yoga CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy).

  • Trauma-informed yoga.

  • Blended approaches incorporating any of the above.

​The person-centred yoga journey starts with identifying your individual concerns and goals for yoga. All of the yoga offerings are tailored to your needs and personal circumstances. Feedback and reflection are key so that we can work together most effectively.

Individual yoga sessions are £65 (up to 60 mins).
